Vegetable Soup


  • 1 can green cut green beans
  • 1 can sliced carrots
  • 1 can diced tomatoes w/ basil, garlic, and oregano (editors note: Look for cans with "italian herbs" or "italian seasoning" on the label)
  • 1 can chicken or beef stock


Drain liquid from green beans and carrots. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan or stock pot. Simmer for three minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve immediately.
