Preheat oven to 425F.
Cut ribs into chunks. Place chunks into a pan, in a single layer. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
Mix all other ingredients in a saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick and glossy.
When the ribs are finished cooking, drain excess fat from the pan. Toss ribs with salt, pepper, and half the sauce. Reduce heat to 350F and bake for 45 more minutes.
Turn ribs and cover with remaining sauce. Bake for 30 more minutes.
