Stuffing


Ingredients:

  • 1½ cups celery, chopped
  • ¾ cup onion, chopped
  • ¾ cup oleo
  • 9 cups soft bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp sage
  • ½ tsp thyme
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Ingredients:

Cook celery and onion in oleo until tender. Remove from heat and add all other ingredients. Return to heat and stir immediately before serving.
