Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine cake mix, egg whites, (not boiling) water, and 3½ tbsp jello in a bowl. Beat for 3 minutes. Bake for 30 minutes.
Dissolve remaining jello in boiling water. Add berries and any juice remaining in package. Chill.
Prepare whipped topping. Fill and frost cake with the same, saving some for border. Make border. Spread glaze over top of cake. Chill for two hours.
