Sesame Green Beans


Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic, chopped
  • 1½ lbs green beans, trimmed
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions:

Heat a large skillet and coat with oil. Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds. Add beans, and sauté for 2 minutes. Add soy sauce and water. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cover pan and cook over medium for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking pan occasionally. Uncover and stir until beans are throughly coated with sauce.
