Scalloped Corn


  • ½ cup oleo, melted
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can sour cream
  • 9oz corn muffin mix


Preheat oven to 375F.

Combine all ingredients, adding muffin mix last. Pour into a greased 7-inch by 11-inch dish.

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
