Cut meat into chunks. Toss in flour and brown on all sides. Sauté onion in oil and drain. Drain potatoes, reserving liquid.
Add enough water to reserved liquid from potatoes to make 1 cup of liquid. Mix in ketchup, worcestershire sauce, bell pepper, boullion, salt, marjoram, and pepper. Pour mixture over beef. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 1½ hours.
Rinse beans under cold water. Add potatoes, beans, and pimiento to pan. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
