Potatoes Au Gratin

  • Potatoes, thinly sliced
  • Sliced Velveeta Cheese
  • Milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Preheat oven to 350F.

Place 1 or 2 layers of potatoes into a greased casserole dish. Top with one layer of velveeta. Repeat as many times as desired. Top with salt and pepper.

Pour milk into the casserole dish until filled almost to the brim.

To prevent spilling while baking, place dish on top of foil-lined pan. Bake for about an hour.
