Pork Chops & Stuffing


  • 4-6 pork chops
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp chopped onion
  • ¼ cup melted oleo
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/3 cup water (for stuffing)
  • ¼ cup water (to thin soup)


Preheat oven to 350F.

Brown pork chops, and place in flat casserole dish. Mix together bread crumbs, onion, oleo, ¼ cup water, and poultry seasoning. Place a mound of stuffing over each pork chop. Mix soup and remaining water, and pour over pork chops. Bake for one hour.
