Preheat oven to 350F.
Melt oleo in 8-inch square or 9-inch round pan. Sprinkly brown sugar over oleo, and arrange pineapple in a layer. Combine all other ingredients in a large bowl, and beat for 30 seconds on low speed. Pour mixture over pineapple.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Quickly invert the pan on plate. Leave pan on cake for a few minutes, and remove.
