Pamela's Swiss Steak


  • 1 round steak, large enough for 4-5 people
  • 3 tbsp steak sauce
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cubes beef boullion
  • dried bell pepper
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms


Cut meat into chunks. Toss in flour and brown on all sides. Add enough water to cover. Add all other ingredients. Cover and simmer for about 1½ hours.
