Mustard Sauce


  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tsp dry mustard
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • 1/8 cup oleo, melted


Thoroughly mix all dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, beat egg with milk. Combine dry ingredients with beaten egg in a small saucepan. Stir in vinegar and oleo. Cook gently for 15 minutes.
