  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 8oz lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 1 pint cottage cheese
  • 8oz mozzarella, cut into slices
  • 2 tsp oregano


Preheat oven to 350F.

Brown beef with onion. Stir in garlic, oregano, soup, tomato sauce, and vinegar. Simmer for 30 minutes.

In a casserole dish, layer ingredients in this order: noodles, cottage cheese, meat sauce, and mozzarella. Repeat three more times.

Bake for 30 minutes, and let stand for 30 more.
