Creamy tomato soup


  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp oleo
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp dried basil
  • dash of garlic powder
  • 3 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 (16 oz) can tomatoes, undrained


Add oleo and onion to a large saucepan or stock pot. Sauté for two to three minutes. Stir in paprika, basil, garlic, and cream cheese. Stir in milk and soup. Beat until smooth. Stir in tomatoes.

Serve once tomatoes are heated thoroughly.
